Art
It is our aim that children develop powers of artistic expression and appreciation which will enrich their lives. They will develop greater visual awareness of our natural and man made world and learn to express feelings, experiences and ideas through a variety of art media. Through successful creating and designing will come growth in practical skills and aesthetic confidence.

Children will learn to observe and record accurately using line and colour selectively. They will begin to appreciate differences in style and analyse the work of other artists, developing an appropriate vocabulary for discussion. They will also learn to clear up after themselves and take care of equipment!

We are proud to have received 'Artsmark' status for our work in visual and performing arts.
