I.C.T.(Information CommunicationsTechnology)
Using a well-planned programme of ICT schemes of work, we teach children how to store, process and present information electronically. Structured use is made of our computers through a rich variety of good quality software appropriate to children from Reception to Y6.
These elements of the children's learning programme are certainly high in motivation and stimulation as well as extending their competence and confidence in using information technology equipment. Apart from teaching ICT skills, these resources are applied to learning in other subject areas too. 
We have recently extended and refurbished our I.C.T. suite, purchasing 16 networked PCs with internet access, interactive whiteboard and projectors. This room enables whole classes to receive skills-based instruction simultaneously, whilst computers in class bases are also available for ongoing use during other lessons. Further developments have been made with the purchase of video and music editing suite equipment, enabling groups of pupils in upper Key Stage Two to work on creating their own movie and video clips using digital video camera and computer!
